I remember my delight in making soap bubbles as a small boy! My mother would mix the soapy solution and I’d take my little wand and run outside, blowing and watching the little bubbles drift away (before they popped).
So it appealed to the kid in me to see these two street performers in the old city core of Luxembourg making what might be the world’s largest soap bubbles. The one that’s being crafted in the above photo probably measures about five meters. It floated for a surprisingly long time, then imploded. It was great fun! Just be careful when walking around an area like this because it gets quite slick, as several visitors found out much to their surprise.
