Try your hand at the first of TravelGumbo’s weekly picture puzzles. Each week we’ll present a picture from our collection, without the usual description that goes with our Picture of the Day.
It’s not that we don’t want to talk about it–but we want our readers and members to have some fun figuring it out. Some weeks won’t be too hard, but sometimes there will be a real Expert Stumper!
The rules are simple: Answers need to be specific (“It’s Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House in Chicago,” not “Chicago.”). Post your answer as a comment at the end of the blog; correct answers will be announced every Tuesday afternoon, with more information about the picture.
No prizes, just the thrill of being first with the right answer, or adding a bit more info for your fellow travelers. Remember: you must be a TG member to post to the site, but joining is free and simple: Just click HERE to start!
Don’t think it’s China or Wales. Reminds of some of the small islands around Venice, maybe Burano or a side street in Murano, where they walk you over the canals on bridges lik this. If I had to guess, I’d say side street of Burano
But I think PortMoresby might be right about Paris.
Canal St. Martin, Paris.
