There have been some highly educated guesses as to what and where Gumbo is, although they are not quite on the mark yet. I think with these new clues we’ll get this wrapped up and solved by Thursday.
A slightly different view of the cute little critter Gumbo is looking at might be helpful.
Gumbo liked looking at this small chap but after studying the little fellow for awhile Gumbo became restless yet again and went for a walk. He was in a beautiful natural setting and saw some of these sights nearby.
A large lizard over a meter in length….
Some pastoral land with sheep…..
And only a few minutes farther the sea and these eroded rocks….
So, with this added information…
1) What is Gumbo looking at in the top two photos?
2) Where in the World is Gumbo?
The solution will be posted this Thursday.
Gumbo is looking at a long-beaked echidna in Papua New Guinea!
I think I’m going to stick with my original guess of a platypus in Australia. If the little critter is near it’s natural habitat then I could guess eastern Australia, New South Wales?
