Walking down the streets of Honolulu one day, I came across this splash of color. A group of “mature” woman, all part of a traditional dance troupe, were gathered and waiting to go on a nearby stage for their performance. The were quite animated, chatting and laughing. I do not know if they were from Japan or the USA, but what was clear was that they were having a good time!
I especially love the great smile of the gray-haired woman in the middle of the photo. That’s the look of someone who loves where she’s at, who she’s with and what she’s doing!
