Fodor’s has published a list of what they consider (or their readers consider, actually) the 16 best ice-cream shops in the country. You can see the LIST and check for your favorites on there.
Unlike the USA Today best burger list we noted earlier in the week, these are spread all over the country, and all look luscious…but everyone has a favorite. For instance, #4 on the list, Ample Hills Creamery in Brooklyn, is a favorite in my family, but I prefer nearby Brooklyn Bell, which has more fruit flavors.

As a kid, I always enjoyed Green Tea Ice Cream from restaurants in Little Tokyo,Los Angeles. When i last went to Little Tokyo,I tried a little dessert shop in a mini mall there, Mikawaya, and loved it. They give you just a little, but the price is a $1.00
