Since Roderick Simpson was able to solve the last puzzle (#58-top of Eiffel Tower) with only a fragment of the building, here’s a chance for the rest of you to do likewise.
This is part of an important building that provides an important service to its city. Nearly every city has one, but their appearance can vary quite widely.
So where is Gumbo, and what and where is the building?

So, exactly where is Gumbo today? Please be as specific as possible.
I was thinking one of the markets in Barcelona.
Looks quite Belgian “Empire” style of architecture… So maybe Brussels?
It kind of reminds me a train station….Maybe one of the Paris stations.
Here’s some help with what it’s not!
I knew I’d seen this so went through all my photos. at first I also thought train station in Europe but your most recent clues helped. It’s the Harold Washington Library in Chicago?
Congratulations to MAD! That’s the one, and it’s the world’s largest single library building (or so they say!)
Read more about it in the reveal tomorrow…it (and the history of the Chicago libraries) are fascinating.
A library… maybe in Asia? The top looks like it may be dragons
