Cuba Travel Services, a licensed agency for U.S. travelers with permits to visit Cuba, is expanding its service to the New York area, home to more Cubans and Cuban-Americans than any area in the U.S. outside Florida. The flights will operate as charters with American Airlines and Sun Country, and fly to Havana, Camaguey, Santiago, Holguin and Santa Clara.
Before the JFK expansion, U.S. travlers to Cuba could only fly from Tampa, Miami or St. Petersburg.
