Bangkok is a city of waterways.
Modern skyscrapers, beautiful homes alongside shanties, and Buddhist temples share the water view with colorful water birds and the water monitors, lizards that grows to be 10 feet long. The river is a lifeline for Bangkok’s 8 million residents and its abundant wildlife.
From the Chao Phraya River to the canals of Thonburi snaking their way into neighborhoods, the only way to get this view of the city is on a longtail boat tour readily available along the river.
Water monitors are just so amazing! Great pics thanks!
