Rocky Mountain High? Not at Denver Airport!

While Colorado has made recreational use of marijuana legal, it’s also given business owners and building operators the right to ban it on premises—and both Denver and Colorado Springs airports have done so. Now, a vendor is suing the Denver airport over its denying him a booth to sell marijuania-themed souvenirs, such as boxer shorts with marijuana-leaf graphics.

 

Airport executives say they’re trying to show the world that Colorado and the Rockies are more than marijuana, and not everything has gone to pot. Pun intended. MORE
