I have a ‘thing’ about interesting doorways, whether it is the colour, texture, shape – whatever. So when I came across this excellent metal door in the little Berber town of El Khorbat during a photo tour into the southern Moroccan desert regions, it was a ‘natural’ for my collection. When I also spotted the old 7-UP sales sign above, well that was it! I hope you enjoy it too.
Desert View Watchtower, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
A visit to the Desert View Watchtower on the eastern portion of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Constructed in the 1930s, it offers magnificent canyon views and a tie to the Native American history of the Canyon.
I really like this picture. It is a perfect balance of colour, texture and shape.
Noe THAT’S a colorful doorway! Well done, Mac
