Elvis Presley’s Memphis estate, Graceland, is planning to open a permanent Presley exhibit in the King of Rock ‘n Roll’s second home, Las Vegas. The plans include not only a big display of memorabilia (including a 35’ sign from one of his concert tours, but also a performance space for shows that will be “Elvis-related but not Elvis impersonators.”
The site will be at the Westgate Las Vegas resort, built on the site of an older casino where Elvis’ first Vegas shows were. More DETAILS from the New York Times.
