One morning, whilst visiting the World Heritage site of Ksar at Ait Ben Haddou, beyond the Atlas mountains and into southern Morocco’s desert region, we awoke to blustery winds that made the fine sand race across the dried river bed – and – these fantastic, almost UFO-like, clouds against the clear blue sky. I’m no meteorologist and so my knowledge of these phenomenons is strictly ‘nil’ but I loved their shapes and strange look. I hope that you enjoy them too.
Desert View Watchtower, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
A visit to the Desert View Watchtower on the eastern portion of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Constructed in the 1930s, it offers magnificent canyon views and a tie to the Native American history of the Canyon.
Mac, you might not be a meteorologist ,but no doubt your one of the best photographers ! Another amazing shot!
How did you work the magic with the clouds, Mac?!? Magnificent formations and beautifully executed (yet again!).
