The Airport that has never lost a Bag

Our cynical society makes it hard to believe in perfection, but there are times it is possible to be perfect. 

 

Kansai International Airport in Japan has not lost a bag since it opened in 1994.  It’s a remarkable accomplishment and we recommend some other airports study Kansai’s techniques and methods to improve their own performance in this regard.  While lost bags are relatively rare, having it happen to you can really rain on a vacation.
