Expedia has been testing flight reviews for the past 18 months and it’s resulted in a great conversion rate for Expedia for those looking at prices. Consumers are emailed post- trip and asked for a review of their flight. There are already 3 million reviews and Expedia says it expects over 5 million reviews by year end.
