It’s no secret that I like my food and am always looking for that something special to tantalise my taste buds, and what better way than to enter into a French patisserie and sample their delights.
I spotted this attractive looking establishment in the coastal village of Cassis, which is on the south coast of France, only a short drive or train journey east of Marseilles. The facade was beautifully presented and, being near Christmas, had extra decorations adorning the doorway and window. The French seem to have a certain knack on how to present their shop fronts in a colourful and expressive way which make’s it even more enticing for the passerby. This place was no exception and I didn’t need to think twice before entering through their doorway.
Now, as for the tasty treats inside, that’s another story!
