A young friend of mine is practising his skills at photography this week. He’s in South Africa. The Kruger National Park with his Mom and Dad. He’s donated a few pictures to TravelGumbo. We’ll have some more photos “Hot off the Press” to do a blog on Saturday this week. So, any advice for the budding photographer is welcome.
Desert View Watchtower, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
A visit to the Desert View Watchtower on the eastern portion of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Constructed in the 1930s, it offers magnificent canyon views and a tie to the Native American history of the Canyon.
The photographer is very talented. He really captured the essence of this magnificent animal!!
Great photo! The key to good wildlife photos is to capture the eyes of the animal, at least in my opinion.
Nice pic looks like you’re very close. I want to go to that National Park someday.
