Norwegian Air Shuttle has been granted a UK operating license and will launch a subsidiary, Norwegian UK, early next year. The subsidiary will allow Norwegian to take advantage of Britain’s bilateral air traffic agreements with several countries, like India. They will have direct flights to Asia and South America and flights to Africa are a possibility.
Norwegian is commited to long haul flights and has 8 787 Dreamliners already and 30 on order.
