Japan Airlines led the pack among major international airlines for on-time arrivals in 2015, with an overall rate of 89.44%—its fifth win in the seven years the figures have been compiled by industry analyst FlightStats.
The category includes airlines that serve at least 3 of the world’s major regions, have over 1000 flights and high seat mile counts. Smaller airlines are included in other categories. Among the global airline alliances, Oneworld, of which JAL is a member, topped the others at 80.97%.
