WOW Air launched a sale from San Francisco and Los Angeles to ReykjavÍk yesterday for fares starting at $99 one way. I didn’t see any more of those fares today, but saw several one ways still at $199.
Travelers can also go to WOW’s other 21 European destinations, with a one hour stopover in Iceland, for prices starting at $199 one way too.
Be aware that WOW has high checked bag and seat selection fees. Only fliers with less than 11 pounds in carry-on and those willing to take a seat assignment at the ticket counter can fly without fees.
