Eurail Group, the provider of European railpasses, has a special offer going on passes purchased before April 30, 2016: All passes purchased before the deadline will include 1 to 5 extra travel days. One-country passes will get one extra day, and Eurail Global passes will get up to 5, depending on the original number of days.
For those not ready to travel this summer, Eurail has changed the “pre-booking” period from six to eleven months, meaning that passes bought during the promotion can be held until early spring 2017 before use.
Eurail’s passes cover 28 European countries, and can be bought in a near-infinite combination of groups of countries, single countries and different numbers of days.
