London broke ground on a new $38 million museum to celebrate the Royal Mail Postal Service. The museum will open early next year.
Visitors will be able to ride on part of the 6.5 mile subterranean tunnel railway that spanned London. The “Mail Rail” trains brought mail from central sorting offices to rail terminals from 1927 to 2003.
