Four Chinese policemen are patrolling Rome and Milan hot spots, along with Italian police, for the next two weeks to protect Chinese tourists from pickpockets. This is a peak period for Chinese shopping tourists to spend their money in Italy.
Italian Interior Minister, said Italian police will soon go to Beijing and Shanghai for similar patrols as this and stated if this experiment in Rome and Milan is successful, Italy will expand it to other cities.

It appears as if outsourcing of work continues. Italian police officers are not willing to deal with Italian pickpockets and have turfed the work to the Communist Chinese police. I never cease to be amazed!
