A new app, named Recharge, lets partner hotels book their rooms for 66 cents a minute or $40 an hour. It’s geared toward business customers. Guests check in at the front desk and check out via app. Recharge has partnered with several hotels in San Francisco and so far have not had issues with guests using the app for questionable activities.
