Four lucky contest winners who told HomeAway why they would like to spend a night in an apartment high up on the Eiffel Tower are having their wish come true this month.
HomeAway’s contest winners will spend the night in a 2000-square-foot 2-bedroom apartment created from space normally used as conference and event rooms. It’s been completely transformed into a regular apartment—regular, that is, except that the bathroom is two flights up. But, c’est la vie…
The apartment is reached by the elevator in the south leg of the tower. The crew constructing the apartment had to use that elevator, too, and their tight construction schedule was impacted by the slow, smallish elevator.

That sounds interesting. My wife and I are heading to Paris in the fall. I wonder if we could stay there for a night.
