Desert View Watchtower, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
A visit to the Desert View Watchtower on the eastern portion of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Constructed in the 1930s, it offers magnificent canyon views and a tie to the Native American history of the Canyon.
Yes, Paul, there was no sign of a flux capacitor. I have always like the look of the Delorean, especially the wings
That’s a wonderful collection of cars Jonathan. I don’t think I’ve seen a Packard before. So thanks for adding this maker to my list. I’m off to Google Packard images and spend an hour “going back in time” ..
Q. Did every kid have a model Delorean ?
Garry, if you really want to know more about Packards…”Ask the man who owns one!”
There, I got that in! It was Packard’s great advertising slogan for many years.
Enjoy your research: It was a great luxury brand that ran down after World War II, but it was also a pioneer in a number of ways, including being the first cars to have air-conditioning…in the 1930s!
OK…I love the Packard…but what’s with that Delorean? Has the time-travel equipment been stripped?
