Stone Brewing, based in Southern California, is licensing its name to Untitled Hospitality to build a $26 million, 99-room hotel in Escondido, California. It will be located next to their restaurant, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens.
Guests will have exclusive access to beers specifically produced for them. The hotel will feature a bar-style lobby, an in-room growler delivery service, 8,000 square-foot ballroom and a 10,000 square-foot rooftop garden and pool deck.
This project from Stone Brewing was announced in 2011, but put on hold until now. Open date is set for early 2018.
