Allegiant, one of those small discount carriers that keeps getting bigger, is biting off another chunk of routes and cities.
The carrier announced on Wednesday that it’s adding 3 new cities and 28 new routes, some of them seasonal, over the next few months. The expansion will give the carrier, one of the 3 biggest ultra-low-cost carriers more non-stop routes to popular destinations.
The three new cities are Milwaukee, Norfolk, VA and Biloxi/Gulfport, MS. As well, new routes are being added to existing bases at Phoenix, which will get 8 new routes, and to Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Punta Gorda, Las Vegas and more.
