French Zoo’s pregnant panda expects twins

Today could be the day for Huan Huan and Yuan Zi, who are expecting panda twins at France’s Beauval zoo in central France.

The two cubs will be the first pandas born in France, although the parents are immigrants from China, on loan to the Zoo. They’ve lived in France since 2012.

Originally, 9-year-old Huan was believed to be carrying a single cub, but a new scan by Chinese panda reproduction experts spotted the second fetus. When the cubs go on display in a couple of months, expect crowds at the zoo!

Pandas are rented to Zoos. And the offspring remain the property of China.

But still a delight to see.

Its just unfortunate that Pandas don’t find they are attracted to each other
