A flock of sheep based has taken to parading through Paris suburbs in search of wild plants to supplement their diet of organic grass.
The sheep, belonging to the Urban Shepherds collective, are based in a park in the La Corneuve suburb, and have become part of both landscape work and an attempt to add a bit of humor. The collective’s founder says “You can really feel that this helps the housing estates to unwind, for the town to de-stress.”
The sheep make their way through intersections and parkland, graze at the base of apartment buildings, and, important for them, nibble on plants that help their health by providing natural sources of de-worming agents and more.
