Starting this week, Royal Caribbean’s cruise ships will all offer a full vegan menu in its main dining rooms. Previously vegan dishes were available in the ship buffets, but not the main dining room.
The new menu will make it easier for vegan passengers to share meals with non-vegan family members and friends and to have a more formal dining experience. The menu will be added to each ship on its next homeport call.
Among the dishes on the new menu are edamame-stuffed portobello mushrooms, vegan spaghetti “bolognaise” and orzo pasta stew with green vegetables. There are also vegan dessert options, including a toffee “cheesecake” with dark chocolate and peanut butter crust.
