The currency used in Tbilisi is called Lari. 3 Lari is equal to 1 Euro and 2.5 Lari is equal to 1 dollar. The moment you enter the city too should get your currency exchanged. It could be done at the airport only.

Government Conduct:

Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia, but the government does not work here. Due to some reasons, it was shifted to Kutaisi and all the government functions are conducted from there only. Since the time it was shifted from Tbilisi, the government buildings are of no use.

Crime Rate:

Traveling to a new country or a new city always raises the question of if the individual who is traveling. One known fact is that the safety of an individual is largely proportional to the crime rate of the place he or she is travelling to. Well, in Tbilisi, the crime rates are very low. If we talk about Georgia, then there has not been any serious terrorist attacks and thus, it is considered one of the safest countries in western Europe.
