Airbnb has worked with animal-centric NGOs to create an animal welfare policy and to create some of the experiences. The company compares its effort at ethical animal interaction with “typical tourist attractions that are notorious for ethical concerns,” such as Sea World, which has been under heavy criticism for its treatment of marine mammals.
