That seems to be one of the lessons of the coronavirus crisis and the mass lockdowns across the world, as zoos and aquariums around the world help out by posting virtual visits—including the animals visiting each other.
Among the latest is this visit by a sloth named Chico to a pair of dolphins named Schooner and Liko. The sloth, who didn’t take the visit lying down, but rather hanging upside down, seemed to fascinate the dolphins, one of whom seemed to be trying upside down in imitation.
Of course, animal-to-animal is not all there is, and The Guardian (UK) has a cute piece with links to ‘lamb cams’ on several farms where you can watch lambs being born (if you’re on at the right time) on what they labeled ‘EweTube.’
