May 10, 2020: Mojave Desert in Winter

This photo was taken over 30 years ago, while en route from Death Valley to Las Vegas.  It features scenery typical of the Mojave desert, with Joshua trees, sparse vegetation and hills.  The snow makes the scene a little unusual, although it often snows a few times a year in the high desert (the snow usually melts within a day).

I was quite pleased with how my Kodachrome image had survived over the years.
