Last week I posted a blog about the charming hamlet of Syringa, in the Idaho mountains off route 12. If you missed it, you can find that post at this link.
This week I wanted to share with you some of the old trucks I found in Syringa. Most of these were on a single property just off the highway, although there were a few others around the community. A lot of them seemed to be from the 1950s, although I’m sure there’s a lot of vintages here.
There was no one around to ask, so I don’t know if the owner has any plans for these trucks, or it they’re just out for display. It reminded me of a blog PHeymont posted in the early days of the website, A Field of (Rusted) Dreams, that’s worth a look. I know of a number of car restorers who would love to get their hands of some of these.
