We met this couple while driving from Anchorage to Seward, stopping to take in scenic views near 20 Mile River, just off Turnagain Sound on Cooks Inlet. They had just finished fishing and were loading their boat to head back to their home in Anchorage. They gave us a lot of useful information about our upcoming visit to the Kenai Peninsula and were very warm and welcoming.
They had caught a nice batch of coho salmon and the fillets were beautiful. Wish we could have joined them for dinner that night.
