A few weeks ago we took a road trip to Amarillo just to get away for a few days. While in the area we tried several BBQ restaurants. One of our favorite was Spicy Mikes BBQ Haven. The food was amazing, it was adorably decorated, they had live music, and the manager was very nice. She spent a few minutes talking to us and told us a little bit about the restaurant. I wish we had been in the area longer and had a chance to visit again. It is definitely on our list for next time we are in the area. Spicy Mike’s opened in 2012 with the goal of serving the absolute best bar-b-q you’ve ever had. A true passion of ours, everything you order here is made with love and careful attention to detail from the ribs and brisket to the pulled pork and slaw. There’s nothing we love more than seeing people happy, and it’s hard to be sad when you have a heaping helping of bar-b-q in front of you. We strive to make every person that walks through the door feel at home with our service and food, and we hope we get to do the same for you soon, too!
