Congratulations, by correct order of guesses, go to Port Moresby and George G for correctly identifying that Gumbo was at the Paradise Mini Farm in Caraquet, New Brunswick, Canada.
The mini farm allows the public to see and feed the animals for a small fee. When we went, it was only $2.50 per person and a big bucket of feed was $5.
They also offer horse boarding and there is a dog kennel on the property.
The farm is known in the local area for having special events, on and off site. They offer day camps for kids and pony rides.
I was amazed at how gentle the animals were. I think the mini farm is more of a passion project than for making money. I personally enjoyed it as much as the kids.
Next door is a bar and camp restaurant where a lot of people go after riding nearby trails.
Great oldie! It was a nice afternoon for sure. I’ll have to go back someday. 🙂
