I was a little surprised to see a number of riders walking their horses on the streets of London. To me it seems this would not be a particularly horse-friendly or safe environment.
But horses are in the blood of the British. And the animals were obviously well cared for and used to their surroundinngs. The traffic noises did not phase them.
Photos were taken around Hyde Park, which has equestrian trails and offers riding opportunities.
