My brother and I visited Denmark in the fall when the days and especially evenings were starting to get quite chilly.
A daily treat for us was stopping at a cafe or bakery for a cup of hot chocolate and slice of cake — often a delicious fruit torte. In German, it’s “Kaffee und Kuchen”.
