Coast and Country—Northern England

Travelling at summer’s end, and autumns beginning, we’ve found ourselves in coast and countryside. Both show nature in its varied forms, from limestone cliffs on the north sea coast of Seaham, Co Durham, and the impressive waterfall at Falling Foss, near Whitby, North Yorkshire.  Saltburn on the North Sea coast of North Yorkshire also has its own Victorian spa town unique charm, with recently constructed, ever popular beach huts, harking back to its past.
