Like many travelers, I’m quite nostalgic. I love to see exhibits about the “golden old days” of travel, like this one in Lima, Montana.
As you can read below, the state provided a series of these cabins to promote tourism. The cabins were open during the summer travel season and staffed by college students who were there to help with your travel plans and answer your questions.
I’m not sure if there are other cabins surviving, but you can find this one in southern Montana, just off I-15 in Lima.
