The day I visited The Arboretum at Flagstaff near Flagstaff, Arizona, there were few flowers in bloom. It was simply too early in the season. I enjoyed the artwork installed along pathways and the birds and chipmunks who greeted me as I explored.
The arboretum is one of many excellent attractions in Flagstaff from the many national lands including Grand Canyon National Park, to Lowell Observatory and several excellent museums.
