I’ve visited Mission San Juan Capistrano many times and wrote a blog about it a number of years ago. The city and its historic mission are great places to stop when traveling between Los Angeles and San Diego, giving you a chance to escape the hectic freeway traffic, stretch your legs, or enjoy an excellent Mexican restaurant.
Mission San Juan Capistrano has a great koi pond that has entertained millions of people over the years. My snapshot of the family below is typical of how people enjoy it.
I love koi ponds and their kaleidoscope of colors! I find the swirls of color as these fish swim about to very relaxing.
