For stretchers, the base rate may cost between $100 – $200. $125 – $225 during weekends or off hours, and $150 – $250 during the holidays.

Mileage rates can cost between $3-$10 per mile. Also, there can be additional costs attached if an additional attendant is needed on the trip.
