The Universal Postal Union has issued its latest Postal Development Report, ranking its 172 member countries according to reliability, reach, relevance and resilience.
In top spot for the sixth year running is Switzerland, with a perfect score of 100, followed by Austria at 96.7 and Germany at 95.7. That’s amazingly high, considering that the world average was 31.8. The two lowest-ranked countries were Guatemala and the Central African Republic.
