My wife and I were enjoying the fresh spring breeze and a wonderful view from the cathedral at the top of Mont St. Michael, when a young nun stepped out and took in the view. She seemed deeply immersed in her thoughts and I thought it seemed a nice photo op.
I don’t know what was on her mind, but the view she was looking at is shown below. It’s a westerly view from the top of Mt. St. Michel to the Atlantic Ocean at low tide. People walk on the ocean floor at low tide but as is always the case beware that the water can come in very quickly.
