Penobscot River, Maine

At the town of Bucksport Maine, the Penobscot River makes a sharp turn towards the Atlantic Ocean. This offers an wonderful view down the river. It also puts the new Penobscot Narrows Bridge.  The town was settled in 1763, and served as a saw-mill and paper-mill town until 2014.
