Actually a Christmas cake, but it appears to be available all year round at a bakery in the mountain village of Agiasos. It contains ‘ground dried goats cheese, sugar, aniseed, orange, olive oil, and 13 spices’. Obviously, a slice had to be purchased!

There are many layers as the photo below shows. Lovely taste, but a bit on the dry side. Easily resolved by having a cup of tea/coffee with it.
