The 27th annual International Hot Air Balloon Festival is returning to Alto Alentejo, Portugal November 7 to 13th, with 30 teams from Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The event is run by ballooning company Publibalão and a local balloon club. The events will take place in several towns in the area.
Organizers say their goal is to “promote the practice of ballooning in Portugal, reinforcing the commitment to the impact of the festival in participating locations and increasing media return for all parties.”
